How to request deletion

Send an email to office@wecarewegrow.ro from the email address linked to your account.

What will be deleted

After validating your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your app account, including:

• Account information such as your email address and authentication record
• App-related personal data stored in connection with your account

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate obligations such as security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance.

• Technical logs retained for limited periods
• Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

Processing time

We will respond to valid deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
