Magor joined the TREND team in 2018, as Head of the Leadership and Organizational Culture Departments, with the mission to change the culture in as many organizations as possible and in society. After leading for 7 years in Romania the largest nature conservation organization in the world, WWF, between 2017 and 2018 he was the executive director of the WWF office in Korea. He was also a member of the European Parliament, vice-president of the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee of the European Parliament and he taught at the Babeș-Bolyai University. In 2009 he founded Think Outside the Box, which he coordinated and managed for the first two years.

He published a bestselling book on leadership, The battles that count in May 2023 and he was a speaker on 5 different TedX events. He is a member of the US based Forbes Business Council and a non-executive member of the board of directors for World Vision Romania.

Thomas Erikson is a Swedish behaviourist and among other things the bestselling author of the Surrounded by-books, a series about human behaviours and communication.

The series, including Surrounded by Idiots, has been translated to close to 60 languages ad has sold over 8 million copies.

His mission is to make people’s lives easier on a daily level by making them more aware of themselves. But also, to help people to a better understanding of what it takes to achieve the best possible ground for effective communication.

He is a highly sought-after public speaker and makes 120 keynotes per year on topics such as human behaviours, communication, self-awareness, manipulation, narcissism and leadership.

Kitty Horlick is the founder of Blackwood, a consultancy firm focused on onboarding traditional businesses into emergent technologies including AI and web3-associated technologies such as blockchain, NFTs, zero-knowledge cryptography and cryptocurrencies.

Kitty is also a Director at Rarify Labs which uses blockchain and cutting-edge cryptography to tackle challenges to digital identity. The threat from AI is a key focus of her work. From deep fakes that can co-opt a person’s likeness for fake videos, to AI-generated images, such as the image of the Pentagon exploding which destabilised the S&P, AI has made the world a less reliable place. Providing provenance for content, data, and online identity credentials is becoming increasingly urgent, and as a technology defined by its traceability and security, blockchain is rapidly becoming the antidote.

Kitty is a long-term adopter of cryptocurrencies and NFTs with over six years of experience in the space. As early as 2017, she joined Ehab – a start-up devoted to revolutionising the construction industry through blockchain. She is an insider, deeply embedded in the industry and with her finger closely on the pulse of the latest trends and challenges.In 2023 Kitty was the expert chosen to appear on a BBC Radio 4 programme examining crypto, blockchain and web3.

Psychologist Dr. Raluca Anton is a PhD in psychology, author, senior psychotherapist, supervisor in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies, relational therapist with international training. 

Through the media and online projects she has supported over the years, Raluca has promoted scientifically validated psychology to the general public. In addition to scientific articles published in specialized journals, over the years she has written for numerous publications and released the books "Terapie 1 la 1 cu sinele tău” and "Povestea ta are sens"". 

Raluca Anton has more than 17 years of experience in working with people, be it in the process of psychotherapy, counseling, coaching or training. Together with the journalist Andreea Brasovean she also has a TV project called "Cu mintea Deschisa" broadcasted on Digi24.

Mihai co-founded Beem in 2018, the first web3 streaming and live events platform for creators. He pioneered online DVD rental and streaming in Europe and launched a global content aggregator operating 50+ streaming platforms on 3 continents.
He got involved in crypto in 2013.

Mihai spent the last 20 years disrupting tech and digital media distribution, with a deep experience in content rights, video platforms and operations of on-demand home entertainment services worldwide. He founded 4 companies with 2 exits. He is the CEO of Beem, a web3 decentralized media platform he co-founded in 2019, empowering creators and film/TV professionals with video tools to easily own, build, manage and monetize their content and their community. In 2007, he founded Grey Juice Lab, a worldwide aggregator of premium film and TV content for OTT and streaming VOD services, including 600+ studios and content distributors from all continents and operating 30+ platforms (still operational).

Tomasz Stachlewski is a Head of Technology for EMEA CEE region at Amazon Web Services, where he helps companies of all sizes (from startups to enterprises) in their Cloud journey. He provides guidelines for creating cloud solutions that deliver the most value to his customers, and help take their IT to the next level. He is a big believer in innovative technology such as serverless architecture, which allows organizations to accelerate their digital transformation. Before joining Amazon, he worked at LOT Polish Airlines, where he architected their first cloud projects, IBM and at Accenture.

Ovidiu Oltean discovered public speaking in 2012 at the Toastmasters club in Cluj and quickly became one of the most awarded and appreciated experts in Romania, becoming three times European champion and 17 times national champion in Public Speaking.

His mission is to support entrepreneurs, team leaders and experts to be more confident, 
persuasive and authentic when speaking in public.

Over the last 11 years he has worked with over 75 companies and through consulting sessions, trainings and online courses, he has helped over 9000 people create and deliver Clear, Captivating and Compelling presentations.
