Dan likes to push technologies to the limits and to create products that change people's lives for the better, while also making them beautiful and easy to use. As the Head of Mobile Development at Wolfpack Digital, he finds the right balance between development, research, and high-level guidance, bringing innovation to the mobile department. Jorge is focused on architecture, security, and best practices when it comes to mobile software development (iOS/Android). Data nerd, productivity aficionado, enabler of people and organizations, and ... gamer. Regardless of job titles, Sascha has always focused on making individuals, teams, and organizations work better together. This sounds serious, but can also be good fun - like always when one does things that one likes. He is all about being productive in a lean - i.e., less wasteful - way. He shares tips and methods for being productive rather than busy - often without being asked to. He does this, so people can spend more time on things they like to do, without sacrificing the quality and outcomes of the things they have to do.

Ovidiu discovered public speaking in 2012 at Toastmasters Cluj and fell in love with the

stage instantly. He started developing his presentation and acting skills and the results

followed shortly: he won three European Public Speaking contests, 17 national

speaking contests and is constantly invited as a speaker at the biggest romanian

conferences.

His mission is to support entreprenours, team leaders and experts gain more confidence in themselves and to be more

persuasive and authentic when they present their ideas in public.

He guides them in building and delivering Clear, Captivating and Convincing presentations through

coaching sessions, intensive public speaking trainings and online courses.
